We had a customer report this morning that he received this error message when trying to renew his subscription yesterday:
Warning: createSubscriptionsAndPayment::Renewal not allowed ! in /components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/cbpaidsubscriptions.php on line 0 Unexpected condition: Renewal not allowed !
This seems to occur any time for any reason that the subscription, expires or lapses in CB Subs. This is an error clients receive in the front end if they utilize the renewal button in their profiles.

Did you have plans a Children plans the move them back to Parent plans? Is issue persistent for all users new and old? Please see Help Us Help You.. we need more information, thank you.
