Currently I have created a subscription plan called 'free user', this limits what content the user can view on my website.
However, is it possible to allow users with a certain address (post code/ zip code) to access more content.
for example:
free users are restricted to viewing 'K2' items with limited content (this is done by url parts), if a user has the post code, x, y or z, then they are able to view the K2 items which contain full content.

You would have to create a content bot that filters off the CB field value.
There is nothing existing - as far as I know.

Joomla generally provides examples for all plugin types; please see plugins/content/example.php to help get you started.
