Yes, this is correct; you'll need to input CBSubs plan id by hand as your CBSubs plans will not have the same IDs as subscriptions in AEC. You will likely also need to manually add their status. Please see list as follows for statuses.I have never made an export about AEC, however, it seems to be easy. I export only the fields User-Id, status and SubscriptionDate about AEC export, add the Plan-Id of CB_Sub by hand? And then I import this datas about CB_Sub? Is that correct?

User Management respects plan restrictions just as well as the frontend. Wherein the import feature will override any restrictions. Please check your plans and ensure you allow new subscriptions, plan is available for upgrade, etc... As some of these settings can result in a plan not appearing. I recommend reviewing your documentation very carefully as configuration of your plans is a trial and error process.But in the backend from CB-Usermanager is only a part of the plans to be seen. How can this be?
