Hi Guys,
We would like to add our paid-for service to affiliate networks such as Commission Junction or LinkShare. Are there plans to add these integrations to CB Subs? If not (or not high priority for Joomlapolis), can you PM me regarding a custom solution?

To my knowledge such additions are not planned. Please note affiliate programs are supported via an integration; there is no internal code to prevent other affiliate networks from being integrated. Currently the API is not yet available however.
It is possible to use CBSubs URL to execute a code file which would then perform the addition of commission or whatever the case for your affiliate program if this would be acceptable for the time being. I do believe API release is scheduled for CBSubs 1.1.
