Is there a way to create a different set of registration fields for each of the CB Subs Plans?

I have used a plugin named plug_cbregistrationform.v.2.0 which works, but it only works when reached by the standard CB Login/Registration link. But I am setting up registration so that it is reached by the link generated to each individual plan. Each of those pages shows the same standard registration items as selected in CB fields.
