Paid subs settings causes error 500

Paid subs settings causes error 500 was created by leovalk
When accessing the settings of the paid subscription plugin to enter the licence number I get an error 500.
I'm using the latest joomla , the latest CB 1.2.1 and the latest CB subs, PHP 5.2.9 and I'm on 1&1 hosting.

I did see the posts suggesting to move to joomlapolis hosting but I'm really interested in getting a solution to this issue with my current hosting company.

Anyone any suggestions ?

Well, you need to verify with your host (from error logs) what the error is actually about.
