It would be nice if you coud add payment gateway by credicards like Visa and amex and mastercard.
It would also be great to be able to pay via mobile/sms
from difrrent countris like Sweden

To pay directly on the site without a gateway such as paypal? That would be a completely different beast of its own. For CBSubs to be its own payment gateway there would have to be a lot of additions involved I believe as you run into a lot of security issues as well as needing to setup information properly with your bank using a business account, merchant account, etc... I don't know the details, but I believe something along those lines is why payment gateways are used.

I agree. There are lots of gateways out there. Why recreate the wheel.
On that subject, can I extend the functionality to use other gateways besides Yellow... PayPal and Authorize.net?

Other payment gateways are on the way, in addition to this payment gateway API is being prepared so you may create your own payment gateway integrations.
Also on topic of this thread Authorize.net allows accepting credit cards directly on the site if you've configured and have the necessary features for your Authorize.net account, you will need https support, ssl, dedicated ip, and a valid certificate to do this though.
