Tranlation support for plan only in backend

Tranlation support for plan only in backend was created by tsruud
I named a subscriptionplan _UE_TLMS
I added the definitions in the dutch and english language files.
In the backend it is working.
In the frontend seems to be no translation support.
In a frontend tab it is not working.see image
In the CB subscription module it is also not working
Hope you can help
