Ok, did my homework:
Imho, these errors existed before you installed CBSubs and were silenced (not outputed), they seem not depending of CBSubs, even if CBSubs revealed them.
I checked if i fergot an unsilencing that we had during development and tests, but only found one in the docman integration plugin.
So 2 possibilites:
- Do you have joomla site debug ON ? (that turns errors silencing off and shows all errors of site, if you use the optional CBSubs bot).
If yes, do errors disappear if you turn site debug OFF ?
- Do you use the docman integration plugin ?
If yes, do errors disappear if you unpublish that plugin ?

ok, found the enabling of errors display in the mambot. Will remove that, so that your

ok, the license issue is fixed too, since 4.5 hours back. Somehow your server had multiple names which were then counted as different server installs. We implemented a quick workaround, and will adapt the installations validation and counting algorithm so that this doesn't happen anymore. Sorry about that.
Now back to stopping turning on errors display in CBSubs bot, module and Docman integration CBSubs plugin, and also to re-packaging CBSubs for keeping the bugs of your other components silent
