CB Paid Subscriptions item, not loadable

hello I have correclty installed the ioncube loader and I am also running php version 5.2.9

here you can see that ioncube says it is running correctly

www.dailywriting.com/ioncube/ioncube-loader-helper.php

I am using the older upto date version of joomla, I am not yet familiar with installing the new version ftp layering stuff so I use the old version should I switch to the newest joomla? would that solve the problem?

I can let you loginto my site, once in I am unable to enter my license code for the product, when I click CB Paid Subscriptions item it says Ion cube is not correctly set up but it is, hence the previous link.

please help

thanks

I just tried the exact same setup with the newest version of Joomla

even though it says I have ioncube loading
on the backend of the site it says it gives an ioncube error

I am sure I am using the correct ioncube download pack

Im installing to a 1and1 (linux) shared server

Please move that test-file to the root folder of your site and check if it runs there too ?

Suspecting that your loader is not at the right place, but one level to deep.

that is actually where I put it from the start.
It sits with the other joomla folders
administrator
cache
components
images
includes
ioncube
lanuguage
ect......ect.....ect.....

because I am on a shared server I also have a php.ini file inside the ioncube folder and the root folder

it consist of this info

zend_extension = /homepages/21/d104879487/htdocs/DW_JNEW_CB/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so
register_globals = Off

and I also have a .htaccess in both places

would you like my joomla, backend login info
can I send it directly to you so I dont post it here?

thanks
