BOM chars VS mambot VS Tabs

BOM chars VS mambot VS Tabs was created by ghog
I upgraded to the latest CBSubs and found the following problems.
Without the cbsubs cbpaidsubsbot mambot published users receive a blank page with BOM characters displayed in the top left corner ()
If I publish the mambot/plugin the characters disappear and users can complete the full registration process.
The next place this occurred was when trying to edit tabs. Again i got the page with BOM chars.
Any ideas?
