It would be nice to have the Email Workflow Texts vs. Email Integrations more clearly defined, esp, regarding use cases. Not clear when to have activation email in one vs. the other area. Eventually you see that the Integration area offers extended funcationality but there seems to an overlap with Activation emails? thx

I agree with the comment made here. It is not clear, even in the documentation what takes priority, when titles need to be empty. which always overrides the other.

Surprised also that in all this time no one has answered the question.

There is an overlap, but you can use both.

Will add more use case examples in next version of documentation.

Thanks! What is really not clear to me in particular is the following scenario where you have a Parent Plan and several child plans as below:

_________________________________

CB registration tab:
::Pending approval
::welcome email

CB Subs PARENT Plan:
Presentation
----First activation email
----Renewal email
----etc....

Integration email
----Activation email
----Renewal email

CB Subs CHILD Plan:
Presentation
----First activation email
----Renewal email
----etc....

Integration email
----Activation email
----Renewal email

____________________________________

Question:

1. Which of the above should be set?
2. Will the Parent handle email responses for all Child Plans if set there?
3. Which of the above should be left blank?
4. If ALL of them are filled in, which ones interfere with others or take precendence over the others?

Would appreciate an answer here for the above. This is the flow I'm trying to to achieve.

A. User registers
B. "Email verification" email sent to user
C. User verifies
D. Pre approval email sent to user
E. Admin approves and user account is activated
F. Post approval (Activated?)email sent to user
G. User is prompted to pay on first logon
