We are noticing a degraded connectivity from Australia through your report and a few others, and have raised a ticket with our datacenter to remedy this.

However we need your help to find where the pearing with the issue is:

Can you please Private Message me (click on my picture then on "Message" "Send Private Message") your IP address whatismyipaddress.com/ as well as a traceroute to our site ?

For the traceroute result, please type command in your terminal / cmd app:

traceroute www.joomlapolis.com

and private-message me the result ?
