1. The CBSubs emails work fine, only the additional emails from optional email integration plugin are unfortunately not working as expected in 1.0.1, we're still working on the maintenance version 1.0.2.

2. Both actually work. [email] is the recommended one. We'll replace in manual for 1.0.2 manual.

I'm expecting some more days until CBSubs 1.0.2.
