[SOLVED] subscription plugin not working properlly was created by mcciamarketing
HI

i am using website here i am getting number of error like this : Error: Call to a member function get() on null: Table 'mcciaorg_newmemsf.#__cbsubs_subscriptions' doesn't exist

Can you please help me ?

Also i can not see the users in user management tabs on community builder

Looking at just your post above, your CB/CBSubs installation seems not complete.

Go to Community Builder / Plugins / Install & Update, then one by one first CB, then CB Paid Subscriptions, then other plugins click on theit "Installed" or "Upgrade" button to re-install. Watch for any red failed installations results.

everywhere i got Table 'mcciaorg_newmemsf.#__cbsubs_plans' doesn't exist error can you please help me ?


Actual i try to installed one by one and i see CB Paid Subscriptions is failed for installation , you can see the details :

Joomla: 3.9.27
Community Builder: 2.6.0
PHP: 7.4.19
Database: mysql 5.5.5-10.3.29-MariaDB
