we have been using CBpaid for several years and everything is ok
For several months now, there are PayPal payments, made by the customer, which do not appear in our CBpaid payments!
On PayPal we even have an invoice number, a transaction number... all perfect except that his subscription is not updated since for CBpaid, there is no transaction.
Can you give me some ideas?

That typically means PayPal is not able to reach your site. Within your PayPal account check the IPN history and see if the notifications are failing. Also check within CBSubs > Notifications to see if you've failed IPNs. Please also be sure CB and CBSubs are completely up to date as there was a known bug caused by PayPal that we had to fix.
