Substitutions for multiple plans

1 year 4 months ago - 1 year 4 months ago #331907 by danpoole
Hi, I am wanting content to be visible if the user is subscribed to either plan, I tried this but it's not working.

[cbsubs:if plan="73,80" status="A"]

How can this be achieved.

You can use and/or in IF conditions. So for multiple plans you'd adjust your usage as follows.

FROM: [cbsubs:if plan="73,80" status="A"]
TO: [cbsubs:if plan="73" status="A" or plan="80" status="A"]

Sorry, upon further testing that didn't work, it is just showing all information all together.

Seams to be working fine in my tests. Maybe there's a misunderstanding of the condition? Example as follows.

[cbsubs:if plan="73" status="A" or plan="80" status="A"]
This content will be visible if plan with an id of 73 OR 80 is ACTIVE.
[/cbsubs:if]

So if either of those are active it will show its contents. I believe you mentioned in the video you want the content to show if either are not active? In that case you'd use the below.

[cbsubs:if plan="73" status!="A" and plan="80" status!="A"]
This content will be visible if plan with an id of 73 AND 80 is NOT ACTIVE.
[/cbsubs:if]
