Each stream has its own parameters. That's likely disabled for GJ streams within the auto action that renders that stream. You'd have to make a copy of that auto action and adjust its parameters if you want pinning there, but again I recommend not becoming dependent on pinning as it is being removed in next major release of CB Activity.
