Groupjive - Events, Wall, Video, Photo etc tabs not showing

I'm just starting with GroupJive 3.5.0 in Joomla 4.2.5 Set up 1 category and 2 groups, menu to show All Groups but cannot see how to make the Tabs for Events, Wall etc visible.

Plugins are published and integrations enabled in each group.

What have I missed?

Are you viewing a group? Those tabs are only available when directly accessing a group. They won't be visible on the All Groups page.

Yes. I've tried menu links to All Groups then clicked on a Group and also a menu item to a single Group. Tabs not showing on any.

UPDATE: It seems the visitor needs to be logged in even though I have set everything to Open and Public access, but don't show users or invites. To me that should mean a login is not  required, but obviously it does. Is there a way to allow viewing without logging in?

What is the group type? Mouse over the group type parameter when editing the group on frontend to get a better understanding of how content is visible based off the type. The tabs also don't show if they have no content and the viewing user doesn't have permission to add content.
