I have CB version 1.9.1 installed and was having some problems with new users trying to register. It was intermittent and would only allow certain registrations to come through.

I downloaded the latest CB 2.0.13 from the site and tried to update but the browser gives me a 500 error. Error log gives me this error:
PHP Fatal error: Can't inherit abstract function CBLib\\Registry\\GetterInterface::get() (previously declared abstract in CBLib\\Database\\Table\\TableInterface) in /libraries/CBLib/CBLib/Database/Table/TableInterface.php on line 22

I have tried disabling other components with no luck.

How can I tell which components/plugins are giving it problems?

I am able to install:

but not

com_comprofiler.zip
