I checked all of those and everything seems to be setup correct but not showing on the Registration still.

The tab it is assigned to is the Contact Info and is public. Should it be on another tab? The Contact Info tab is set public and turned on.

I'm getting bombarded by the fake admin approvals the last weekend.

Any other ideas? Under the the Anti Spam plugin it shows the ReCaptcha just fine (attached image).

Then you likely have the moderator view access level configured incorrectly resulting in everyone being treated as a moderator since moderators are exempt from captcha. Review your moderator view access level within CB > Configuration > Moderation. It should be strictly set to a view access level you want to have CB moderator permissions.

Bingo! Thank you very mjch its working now. Every couple times on my iMac Firefox it wont show up but every other browser and a reload on the mac gets it working. I also have MAMP and other stuff installed here.
