Hello, we have some groups with different owners. I want to be able to comment on the registered user's pictures. This is not possible at the moment. See photo.

There is no commenting for CB GroupJive Photos. You'll need CB Gallery, CB Activity, and CB Auto Actions to output a CB Gallery gallery per GJ group with commenting by enabling the respective system actions in CB Auto Actions.

No, the CB GroupJive integrations are simplified Wall and Gallery like usages.
