CB Privacy Blocked Tab was created by XBOOMX

How can I place the tab somewhere else?

Currently it comes under "Ansicht"
I would like to do that under "Moderieren"

You want to move the block user menu item? That's not possible as it's a generated CB Menu item. It's used to block the user you're viewing from seeing your data; it's not a moderator only option.
