We have Joomla 1.5.5 and CB 1.1 installed. For some reason, the CB Workflows module has quit showing when a new user needs to be approved. In Comm8unity Builder -> Configuration -> Registration we have Require Admin Approval set to Yes. Any ideas where we can look to find why the CB Workflow isn't showing this any more?

Never mind, I wasn't thinking. I've figured it out. I would delete this thread if I could.

Okay, but I hate proving how I wasn't thinking.

We have the CB User Registration setting enabled for both admin approval AND email verification. So, if the prospective new user never clicks the link in the email asking them to verify that this is indeed their email and that it is a valid request to join the site, then of course the CB Workflows will never get fired.
