Global (tab)

• Publish:
  Select the state of this fields
• Type:
  As we talk about Activity here, that should be the type.
• Tab:
  Select a tab to display this on or go to Tab Manager and create a new one.
• Required / Read Only / Show on Registration / Show on Profile Edit / Size
  Those are common for all fields, but actually is of no use here.
• Show on Profile:
  Select how this field should display on profile view
• Ordering:
  Select the order for this field
• CSS Class:
  Optionally input the CSS class added to this fields row. Separate multiple CSS classes with a space.

Parameters (tab)

Note that configuration of plugin (discussed here) is considered as Global in field’s configuration.
