I am unable to update or save user details. save button is not working. error cames me.gid not assigned. If we add a default number for gid, its displaying the popup "Unauthorized access.". Can you plz figure out what is the problem. Thanks in advance.

Not with the information you have given.

Does not sound like a CBSubs problem.
I assume you are having a problem saving a user in CB User Management backend?

Please check our Help Us Help You link and post back all information.

Are you using some kind of ACL hack?

Please post all components/hacks/changes you have made.

Previously its showing error "me.gid undefined".
this is the screen shot. I have changed just added gid in hidden field in administrator/components/com_comprofiler/admin.comprofiler.html.php . <input type="hidden" name="gid" value="<?php echo $user->gid; ?>" />
after that that error goes but blocking by saing not authorised.

I really need you to follow all steps mentioned in the Help Us Help You link otherwise I have no clue what environment you have. I cannot help you if you do not help.

Please post back as requested, then perhaps I might need backend access to further investigate.

Also - please do not hack code you do not understand.
