Admin emails have "bad" links was created by cpreston
First let me say thanks to Joomlapolis for picking up the development of this valuable tool. My site is in development, so I can test whatever you need. I'm a techy guy, so I'm good at giving feedback.

I have the component installed on J 1.5.1 and CB 1.2.1. The installation went fine, although I do think the documentation could use a lot of work. (More on that in another post.)

Here's my bug. When someone creates a group, I receive an admin email telling me there is a new group that needs approval, the links are missing the base part of the URL.

Here's an example:

A new group has been created in category "Backup Hardware"!

Name: SEPATON

Description:

Link: index.php?option=com_groupjive&action=gj.core.groups.showgroup&groupid=21&Itemid=15

Instant activate (!): administrator/index2.php?option=com_groupjive&task=publishgroup&cid=21

Links are fixed, the activation link displays regardless of your setting. You can fix this by editing the language string and removing the activation link.
