Plans and CB Field was created by mtk
Hey,
I have a few plans, set as I wish, and a field called: cb_subscription, the is:
  • Read only
  • Not shown in registration
  • Shown in profile
  • Searchable
(the goal is to allow 'search by subscription')

I've set the values to: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (just to test the 5 plans I have), and set each plan to set the value of the field accordingly.
but this field is always empty, even when I subscribe to a new plan, or register with a new user...

What do you mean by "I've set the values to 1, 2,,,,"?

Do you mean you have populated the values for this CB field for each or your users?

What type is this field?

When you subscribe or register a new user this field is not magically populated. You need to use the CB fields integration plugin to give this field a value during plan registration.

this is a drop-down (single value) fields, so I set the list values to 1,2,3,4,5

no, I'm testing it on new users only (I do not expect this to work for old users, since I have not populated the value of the field).

yes, that is what I described that I did...

Just replicated your example in my CBSubs 1.0.3 sandbox and everything is working ok.

Ok, after chatting things through skype, it looks like there is an issue with placing utf8 strings in the CB fields integration plugin.

Marked as #1355 for investigation.
