I uploaded Phony gallery and tried to create a category and it is not working. At the bottom it reads Error on page. Any idea why?

Isn't that in the wrong location here at Joomlapolis? Ponygallery is from www.mamboy.com. Particularly, why here in "Feature Requests" for Community Builder?
