[SELF SOLVED] Inconsistent Basket was created by amazeika
A client just subscribed. Subscription was considered as new, not upgrade.
My settings are, you pay amount A first time then you pay B (A>
the next time. Client payed A as expected since it was his first subscription for the plan, but the basket shows that he actually payed B (which is not true). First time this happens.
What additional info do you require ?.

False alarm, I'm sorry, I just saw that that basket was unpaid. The paid basket was 5 rows after this one. I believe that the client tried to upgrade after he payed first time, and the basket for B was created.
