Parent plan drop down

Parent plan drop down was created by camills
Maybe I'm doing sthg stupid here, but having set up a couple of plans, the dropdown for parent still stubbornly only gives me 'top' as an option. Is there another setting I am missing when setting up plans to allow them to become parents?

Top is Parent, when setting a Child plan simply select the plan you want as the Parent from the drop-down.

Thanks, but none of my other plans are given as options in the dropdown, just 'top' (and I have 3 other plans)
