I thought that also but no part of the CB menu items are restricted - everything except the members list is public (which I don't see as being relevant to this problem).

OK so I have an update.

I manually enabled all the users I mentioned (60 in total) - so when I view their profile it shows their plan, with an expiry date in the past.

The users list went out (I couldn't prevent this happening) and I already have one user who logged in (using the username/password provided) and got the message again.

I log into the back end, and that user has become disabled. This happens as soon as they try to log in (I checked it for myself with their account, having enabled it).

Please advise what I am doing wrong as I have followed all the instructions from the documentation and I am at a loss to know why they are becoming blocked when they try to log in - I can provide login etc to get this fixed asap!

Disable CBSubs plugin, enable a user, then login as them. See if issue persists. At this point I'm not sure if this is even related to CBSubs; it's setting users as Blocked, but to my knowledge CBSubs does not do this. If issue persists please PM backend access.

There is something wrong with your URL rewrite; it is stripping Itemid and other URL related elements. Users couldn't even unsubscribe from a subscription until the SEO was disabled. Setting Search Engine Friendly URLs and Use Apache mod_rewrite to NO resolved the issue from what I could gather; please inspect your URL rewrite or disable SEO (not exactly necessary anymore; Google understands Joomla URLs for long time now).
