A quick search on "cb.database.php on line 463" in this forum has lead me to this thread:

Did you upgrade CB to 1.2.2 (as the workaround for that PHP bug is partly in CB too) ?

Upgrade to CB 1.2.2
I uninstall and reinstall CBsubs
Tried several manipulation found in the forum
And I always errors: User management and access profiles = blank page!

User Management loads plugin users group, it's possible another plugin you have installed is causing this. Please disable plugins 1 by 1 until resolved. Please run all CB tools to ensure there are no database errors and please use all fixes provided if errors are present.
