I'm getting this mail every day. Is this the license server from Joomlapolis which is unavailable? :
On site (mysite) there is a paid subscriptions license message:
License server could not be reached. Please check that you have Internet connection (connectivity, firewall settings) or try again in half hour. Error:
Please log into administrator area and check the plugin settings.
I am getting these messages as well, sometimes as many as 30-40 a day. Can someone here PLEASE provide an answer to this issue? I look bad to my client when they are receiving these constantly.
Please can you confirm that the 'Licence Server...' message is just an erroneous one and the functionality of CB_SUBS isnt affected at all? eg users can still pay and the only person who sees the message is the 'admin'?
Correct, the issue is that the emails are sent way too early and too often right now.
Our license servers are fully redundant, but internet routings can vary. Right now the email-algorithm is way too much nerveous and thus nerving.
Front-end functioning isn't affected normally.
CBSubs 1.1 will add more redundancy and calm down that email algorithm.
We are looking if we can make things smoother for current 1.0.3 users in the mean time.
