Expired users not redirected to renew was created by 5producer
Hello,
I have a question.
I have a list of users with No Plan Active. When a user logs in, he is not prompted to renew his plan. No Plan Active users have same access as users with active plans and that prevents them from renewing or subscribing again.

How could I restrict access for No Plan Active users and redirect them to the renew page upon log-in?

Known issue, will be addressed hopefully for next release.

Please check that your users have properly expired via backend Subscriptions icon. Please note some users may have a Grace period or Renewal period if set within your Plan which would indicate that have not yet fully expired thus still have access. If the user is expired from a Child plan of a Parent plan that also grants the same access the users access will too remain as they are still subscribed to the Parent plan.
