two registration fields missing under IE8 only

We've resolved the issue with mootools.js, but thoses fields are still not showing up under IE8.
I'm actually just noticing it is not just two fields, all non-required fields are not showing up under IE (company, city, state, zip, etc) It is only happening with the recruiter subscription level, however.
Any ideas?
