[SOLVED] Bug when different email in PayPal

We are encountering the same error that is described here:

"

I have searched the forums, but can not find a recommended way around this. What is the status of this issue?
We find this a very serious bug. The money is drawn from the account but the customer doesn't get login details. This makes a very bad first impression.


By the way:
In an attempt to solve this, I tried to change gateway setting to "Do not ask for shipping address at PayPal", but I'm asked for it anyway.

Have you reviewed Beats response? Please ensure your Paypal payment gateway within CBSubs is completely configured correctly. Example as follows.

PayPal Business (email or secure merchant ID): Your merchant ID provided when configuring your Paypal account.
PayPal Main receiver account (email) (if Business is different from your main account): The email address marked as primary within your Paypal account.
Your PayPal Identity Token: Your token provided when configuring your Paypal account.

PayPal Business (email or secure merchant ID): SG45DY6FGSS
PayPal Main receiver account (email) (if Business is different from your main account): email@domain.com
Your PayPal Identity Token: DSFSDF45ffjf4SssDGJUYijFG8678900pok224

The gateway seems to be set up properly, we receive the money.

The process:
1. registration in Joomla-site
2. pay in PayPal
3. return to Joomla site to complete registration

works fine as long as the customer uses the same email address for registration and payment.

I the issue from 2009, I can't see a solution provided by Beat.

This doesn't seam very likely as the users email isn't passed to Paypal so Paypal has no way of knowing if it matches or not. Please re-check your payment gateways configuration based off my previous posts recommendations. I can not inspect your paypal configuration as it would require your paypal login.

I cannot find anything from Beat on this after "Have gotten your PM and just to make public follow-up" per 2009/06/22 15:59.

We do receive money in the paypal-account, so therefore I assume it's set up correctly.
I've enabled single payments.
Paypal server = Normal PayPal server.
Paypal Business = secure merchant ID obtained in PayPal-account.
PayPal main receiver account = my email adress.
PayPal Identify Token = String obtained from PayPal account.

For paypal spesific settings I have tried both 'Ask for shipping address at PayPal' and 'Do not ask for shipping address at PayPal', but it asks for shipping address anyway.
Encrypt PayPal address = 'Plain-text form'.
Must that be 'Encrypted form'?

The error message I get is enclosed.
