User search by age is not working in CB 1.2.1. I have seen several threads and it seems it was a confirmed bug.
Can anyone confirm if this specific bug has been fixed in 1.2.2?
As I have some corehacks and upgrading would be quite a hassle, I dont want to upgrade if it does not fix this issue.

Thanks for you reply. I know core hacks are bad but if its the only way to do certain tasks then there is no other choice.
I did the upgrade and the issue with wrong search result has been resolved. It is working great again now. Howevere there is a new issue. When the date is set to display as age. And you do a search like 20-40 after you press the search button, the page reloads and the lower age limit (20 in this case) is still selected in the drop down field while the upper limit (40 in this case) is not.
This is reproducable and valid for ANY selected age upper limit. It is probably a small thing to fix if it turns out to be a bug.

This is not entirely correct; CB provides an extensive API library and a very large list of various Triggers which allow inclusion or alteration of code within CB thus providing additional or altered functionality. I too have the same issue. On pagination, the upper value in an age range gets reset and skews the results.

Was able to confirm the reset of search values for date fields used in Age form. Have created a bug ticket for your issue to be addressed further.
