I'm sorry, but time run. But now I'd like to come back to this issue. I could not fix it with support by akeeba developers. So I'd like to ask you again to take a look at my cb installation. I will pm access to my joomla backend.

You need to repair this on a database level. Please navigate to the table "_comprofiler_fields". You'll then need to edit each field that has "jos_comprofiler" as the table column value. It will need to be changed to "#__comprofiler".

Thanks a lot. I take a look at this table, but there is only one field called 'table' and this field has in column 'standard' #__comprofiler. There is no jos_comprofiler...See attached screenshot.

That's the structure, you need to Browse (Anzeigen) the table and change the rows.
