[SOLVED] Backend List Managment button not working

13 years 8 months ago #139165 by Yardsale
Hello,

I have seen this topic in a search but accourding to it, the buttons should work. As it said, I can not get any of the buttons to work in the backend of the list managment tab. I have MySQL 5.1.47 and PHP 5.2.13. Any ideas on what would be casuing this? The rest of the install work well.

Please upgrade to CB 1.2.3 and confirm if issue still present. Also if on Joomla 1.5.x please ensure you're running Joomla 1.5.20. Typically this error is due to a Joomla system plugin or a CB plugin causing Fatal JS errors.

Thanks, I discovered the actual problem was that my server host had PHP 5.2.13 available but that I had PHP 4.3 something installed as I have an older account that I apparently never updated it. Once I installed 5.2.13 there were no issues. Thanks again.
