Essentially any posting notifications to a tab such as the profile wall [ which will be used for staff note placement]
Or any other notification or action taken upon that profile user account including editing]
And to avoid embarrassment the modification would have to be done in a way that is absolute so no mistaken notifications occurs at all.
The user account is not a typical user account as it is for internal use only [ created only by the admin team]. The actual person refered to is totally ignorant of its existance.
Possibly I can organise this sever side using an email white box type filter but would prefer if there was a site method instead. As not all servers have the high level of spam/ email filtering available, and this would cripple any mass mail marketing system.
So a site mod may be the only realistic solution.
btw all client accounts are established as 1st level "Registered", if that helps at all...
The reason why I am trying to avoid specifying which notification, is that the site is under development and individual notifcations would probably change as other tabs are generated or installed so a global solutions would be better.
Currently tabs:
Account details
Profile wall
Doc man files [ repository ]
Sobi listings [catalogue]
are installed
