I have not conducted any tests. Simply users on the site can not recieve emails. How long is it supposed to take for the email to be sent???
I just tried to register and it took around 15 mins to go through. For someone else they waited for 5 hours before I went in to unblock it.
Does the config setup I have below, look correct?
If so, do you have any idea's why this is occuring and how would I fixthis? I would rather not simply persist with this issue?
Any thoughts are welcomed. Thanks!

I assure you that when CB sends an email it does not have a buffer to delay it - it is handing things over to your hosters email service instantly.
So if things are delayed - its the email server that is delaying things.
