No worries and I sincerely appreciate the time you took to respond.

ET ALL - I reworked the layout css and found the developer (who we hired) made a mess of the template.

So for those who want CB Login in the top menu and you are using the Joomla Mellow template. Take note of how you are using wrapper 1, 2, 3. And the position of the header/logo and toolbar divs.

Anyone who is struggling like I was, please feel free to reach out and I will gladly show you how I corrected the problem on our site.
