CB Profile Missing Tabs

CB Profile Missing Tabs was created by omarc79
I recently installed CB 1.2.2 and for some reason the user profiles are appearing without tabs.
How do I get the tabs to appear and make the user profile page look less bland.

PS: I have tried changing the style through CB Config with settings like WinClassic and WebFX but it stays like this.
