Image not work

Image not work was created by g.voto
Hi, i have buy this morning the captcha plugin
but after install the image not work.
I have just read alla topic on this issue, and verify all code hack, but image not work.
On my domain, in beck-end i see:
Plugin Prerequisites
GD: bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
Freetype: enabled
But the image is not visible and the pop up of sound return a session issue (when i try to download the mp3 file)
In another domain i see:
Plugin Prerequisites
GD: GD NOT INSTALLED!!!
Freetype: FREETYPE NOT INSTALLED!!!
But, on this domain, the image and sound work fine.
Can you help me?
I have:
Joomla 1.5.26
PHP 5.3.10
CB 1.4
Captcha Plugin 2.4
but after install the image not work.

In plug-in configuration, the last parameter is:
CB Captcha's captchaindex.php
I try to change whith "Joomla's index.php"
but the image is not visible in either of two ways
