When e member register and upload his picture.

Where can i see this picture and how do i as admin get him approval to be a member??

This is all done through the CB Workflows module. Publish it to the front page and all workflows, user approvals, picture approvals, connection requests, etc will be available from there.

I went to CB worklflows under Site Module/Module Manager,
I then put "ALL" under "Menu Item Link"(s):
But i dont find any profile to aproval anywhere.
Whene u say Frontpage do you med the homepage?
