When users of the site post something in Profilebook from other user they can edit or remove the entry after submitting.
I don't want that. The entry should be only edited by Moderator and removed by user of the profile. Is this possible?

Not that I am aware. The user making the post is able to edit their post, makes sense. Works in the same manner these forums work. You can review the tabs parameters in tab management if nothing there then you'd need to perform core edits, which we don't support so can't assist you with.
