It happens being no administrator, for example I have this fields.

User A (I rated this user and i refreshed the page)

Filed a: rated
Field b:rated
Field c:rated, but i can rate it infinite times.

User B (I rated this user and i refreshed the page)

Filed a: rated, but i can rate it infinite times.
Field b:rated
Field c:rated

I mean the field rating change with the user.
