how to add to the list of privacy options

how to add to the list of privacy options was created by DavidStrayhorn
I have CB Privacy 1.3 on Joomla 1.6 (also version 1.0 RC2 on Joomla 1.5). In both of them I have it set up and working so that users can pick one of the following four options:

visible on profile
only for direct connections
also for conncections' connections
invisible on profile

The screenshot of CB Privacy (image 13 on the joomlapolis add-on page) shows two more options, namely:
only for friend
only for coworker

My question is: how do I do this? I've been looking around but cannot figure it out. Hopefully it's simple and I've just overlooked it ...

You need to add more connection types to your CB Connections.

hmmm, can't get my screenshot to load up - when I go to "manage connections" (on the front end) it shows the one test connection I have set up, and a box under the word "Type", in the box you see:
handshake
Friend
Co Worker

Only to one connection type:

Please make sure this parameter is set to Propose in your Privacy plugin parameter area.
