Hello

There seems to be missing something important on the joomlapolis site: information for developers.

I would like to see a place where the following questions are answered:
-what can be done with plugins?
-how do I make a plugin?
-where can I find plugins?
-how do I publish the plugins that I have?

I suggest that a new content category is included to the site '3rd party developers'. if this is done, I can help by writing the first article.

Then another thing. I am currently developing two plugins that are soon to be aplha. Is it possible to include these in developer.joomla.org as sub projects of CB?

The first plugin is search and email (extends joomla massmail), and the other is list tab (allows having list of data entries in tab).
